Amidst the strong atmosphere of the National Safety Production Month, Zhejiang Noblelift Garage successfully held a comprehensive training event on June 22nd, covering multi-dimensional and integrated knowledge, aiming to enhance the safety awareness of all employees and safeguard the sustainable and healthy development of the company!
This online training, closely centered around the theme "Safety, from Awareness to Practice," systematically covered seven core topics, including but not limited to:

The training began with a profound explanation of the nature of safety, which is to ensure the health of individuals, the integrity of equipment, and a harmless environment in both production and living contexts, thereby establishing a zero-risk foundation for all activities.
Occupational safety and safety management hold a crucial position in modern economic activities. Possessing safety awareness, learning safety knowledge, and mastering safety skills are invaluable for ensuring the life safety of employees, maintaining the normal operation of businesses, and promoting social harmony and stability.
2、Basic Knowledge of Work Safety
The "Law of the People's Republic of China on Work Safety" clearly stipulates that China's work safety management must adhere to the principle of "Safety First, Prevention Crucial, and Comprehensive Approach." All production and business units must prioritize the protection of human life and safety during the organization of production processes.
This emphasizes work safety laws and regulations, the responsibility system for work safety, and the principle of prevention-first, fostering a solid concept of work safety among employees.

- No breach of labor discipline
The "Four Nos" Principle:
- No leniency if the cause of the accident is not investigated
- No leniency if responsible personnel are not dealt with

Basic Principles of Work Safety: Safety First、Prevention as the Primary Measure、Comprehensive Management
Obligations of Employees in Work Safety:
Obligation to comply with rules and regulations and obey management.
Obligation to correctly wear and use labor protection equipment.
Obligation to receive safety training and acquire work safety skills.
Obligation to promptly report any potential accident hazards or other unsafe factors.
Rights of Employees:
Right to know (information access).
Right to make suggestions, criticisms, and accusations.
Right to refuse work that poses an immediate danger to life or health.
Right to emergency evacuation.
Right to claim compensation.

Basic Requirements for Special Operation Personnel:
Must be at least 18 years old with a junior high school education or above.
Must pass a physical examination conducted by a hospital above the county level, with no diseases or physiological defects that hinder the performance of the corresponding special operations.
Must pass both theoretical and practical skill assessments as required for the position.
Must meet other conditions specified for the corresponding special operations.
5、Basic Knowledge of Construction Site
For the engineering and maintenance departments, there was a focused discussion on the layout of construction sites, the erection of temporary facilities, and the use of personal protective equipment, ensuring that construction sites are orderly and risks are controllable.

7、Basic Knowledge of Fire Safety
This section reinforces knowledge on fire prevention, classification and suppression, types of fire extinguishers, evacuation and escape techniques, ensuring that every employee becomes a "first responder" in fire safety.
